BIO
I have worked exclusively in the area of bankruptcy for over 20 years; 16 of those years as a consumer bankruptcy attorney in San Francisco representing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 debtors. I have over a 99% success rate in obtaining a discharge of debt or plan confirmation for my clients.

I graduated Golden Gate University School of Law in 1995 ranked Number 1 out of 175 graduating students, winning the prestigious J. Lani Bader Award for Academic Excellence.

Prior to practicing law, I worked at Kennedy Space Center on the Space Shuttle Program and was part of NASA's team to bring the Shuttle program back to flight status after the Challenger Disaster.
