SCAMS TO AVOID

Many people do extraordinary things to pay their creditors. They take second jobs, cut their food, clothing and other health and welfare expenses to the bare bones. Many of the things they do often just put off their bad credit longer at the expense of family tranquility and happiness. These same people, well-meaning all, often fall victim to various scams. Two of the most insidious that I see are the 1) myriad foreclosure prevention scams that are reaching a feverish pitch now that so many properties are at risk; and 2) debt settlement and debt negotiation scams.
